Holistic Massage

A full-body massage incorporating a variety of massage techniques: Therapeutic, of medium-to-firm pressure; Swedish, using long sweeping strokes and light pressure kneading; and Aromatherapy, where essential oils are applied. These are used to improve muscle tone, stimulate circulation, relieve the body of tension, release tightness, reduce muscle pain and induce relaxation.

Rocks of Relaxation

Experience the healing and soothing of Mother Nature. Polished river rocks are heated and used to transfer the heat to the muscles as they are massaged over the body. Experience relief of sore muscles and joints, melting stress away and taking you to a deep level of relaxation.

Mother-to-Be Massage

This nurturing massage is meant to soothe the muscles while helping to alleviate aches and pains associated with women in their second and third trimester.
